I never hunted there but I grew up camping there and you should see plenty deer about dusk in that spot. Good luck and if you have time have a steak at Perini Ranch.

I was headed to watch my son and daughter play soccer several weeks ago in LaGrange. We pull up to the soccer field and there is a 130ish 10 pt chasing a doe all over the soccer field. He then proceeded to chase her across the pitchers mound of the baseball field. I started looking around the park and there were deer everywhere. Looks like you could be in a pretty good spot.Good Luck!
