Found some old guns in a demo house

Like the title says, my wife was going through a house getting ready for demo and found all kinds of cool stuff. She brought home these two guns. I was able to find some info on one of them but nothing on the other. Her Serbian superintendent said the writing was German. Anyone have a guess.

Don’t know about the guns but Interarms (I think) used to have a mail order catalog that had pages of Mexican, Argentina stamped rifles.

As far as the house, if it has more of that pine and oak throughout, I would take it apart and not demo it.

Wife said it's got quite a few nice beams and flooring. She's wanting to save these doors.

The writing on the receiver in the second pic is spanish. It was apparently used by the Mexican national army.

Great looking door! Is this on your property? If it is, I would think a little about what you want to do. Of course you may have already thought as much as you want to.
He big is it, any other details in the construction that indicate age/ quality. If you don't know the age, a search of the tax assessment will show approximate dates. The interior wood does not real old but the doors, wow. I've taken one apart and it can be worth it.

First one looks like a british enfield 303, i see the spanish writing on it but may be a variance of the enfield

My wife is a PM for a custom home builder (runs the show). This is a property with a house and separate building inside the loop in Houston. They're going to demo everything and build one of their mini mansions. She said the place has quite a bit of WW2 stuff inside. I'm going down Tuesday to look around.

That is the one I was able to find a little info on. Not sure what caliber. Probably going to take it to a gunsmith to see what kind of shape it's in. The bolt slides very smoothly.
