That said, I actually received a tracking number saying that we will be getting the remaining bolts for the short actions already chambered AND the 6 short action standards that will complete that portion of the TBH builds. You should see those builds surfacing throughout next week.

So where does this leave us? The long action Mags were already completed and this will complete the standard short actions. We gave some folks an alternative on the long action standards and most took advantage of it. There were a couple that wanted to wait it out and I have no update for those folks, nor do I expect one anytime soon given the track record concerning those. That leaves us with the short action magnums unaccounted for....... I have no update, but we are offering the same alternative(Lone Peak Razor)in an effort to get these builds in your hands before the rifle opener. Lone Peak quoted us 4 weeks to deliver which will slide them in right at the finish line. You short action mag guys should be getting a call tomorrow explaining the option. That's what I have for now.

Thanks,
Robert

Not sure. I just posted the specs off of their FB page. I would assume. I thought I have seen a few that were painted flutes, but it was not an option that I know of.

Very nice! I pickup my 7mm-08 tomorrow. Took them my Seekins and Leupold 5HD last week so itíll be all setup when I get it. Pretty excited, havenít shot rifles to speak of in many years. Feel like some does and swine will be in trouble in late season.

Hopefully a few deer will be in trouble in a few weeks with mine. Got drawn for a tpwd Private lands either sex permit this year. Taking it down to southwest Texas to see if I can put it to good use. Allowed 1 buck 8 points or less, 1 doe, and 1 javalina. Guided by one of the ranch owners to tell me what I can and canít shoot but should have really good odds.

Absolutely sick brother. I REALLY like yours, great color combination and exactly what I'm looking for. That 20" barrel will really make it handle well I'm sure, please update with chrono numbers and how it shoots ASAP.

New rifle was well worth the wait. Got it broken in and dialed in pretty nicely today. It can certainly shoot better the my capabilities currently. However the shooting bench I had today was a bit shaky with other next to me. Most groups had a flyer. I tested the Hornady Match 140 eld-m and Hornady Precision Hunter 143 eld-x. Seems to like the 143 eld-x a bit better. The last group of 143 eld-x was the last 4 shots I had. I was to lazy to replace the target so I just aimed at the top point on the diamond. Looking forward to seeing what this thing will do at longer ranges. Also hoping to knock a few deer down in a few weeks.

Got my scope mounted up (Thanks Mike D). I put it in seeking mediums, but may try some lows. Scope is a tad big for the gun, but I like big scopes

Time to take her to the range and see what she can do!

7mm-08 w/20Ē threaded barrel. Suppressor for this gun should be here any day now.

I don't think the stud is actually included with the stock itself just the quick detach points. Red Hawk adds them themselves I believe.

Groups continue to get better. Going to a different range to get a stable shooting position helped as well. I can't wait to see what this thing can do once I start reloading for it. Going to enjoy stretching out a bit once I get back from this hunt this weekend as well.
