I built an 8'x5' blind about 10 years ago out of 1" sq tubing, and used 3/4" plywood for the walls. After the weather beating down on it, the plywood was pretty well rotted, so it needed to be dealt with. Since I farm in a rural area, there are lots of old barns that are falling down, so old tin is readily available. without further to-do, here are some photos.

Ok, so it's a big barn. It doubles as a shop and farm equipment storage. I'm putting spray can foam insulation in the cracks and ridges of the tin, just to give it some sound dampening. Word of caution- the nozzle in my 1st can broke, so it got all over my hands. That crap will not come off! I literally scraped and peeled at my hands for 2 days and there's still some stuck in my fingers
