Allegedly beat up somebody in a bar.

He wasent even mentioned in the report at all, detained, or arrested. Non story

Since Middle school?

You can bet that if he was seen smoking a Mustang GT from a 70mph stomp, and undoubtedly breaking the law doing so, it would be all over the news.

Jerry goes after the wrong players. I knew when he wore a shirt that was cut in half to the draft, he was going to make some bad decisions.

They make a lot of money to act right if they can't they should loose the contract teams should start adding that in it may give players more incentive to stay out of trouble

I don't think these guys should be considered role models as they are football players. I don't have a problem with a few minor mishaps, bar brawl, caught speeding, etc, on a rare occasion.

With that said, trouble always seems to find some of these guys whether it can be explained away or not. At least for now, Zeke seems to be one of these types of guys.

The reporting on this has been sketchy so far, so I am reserving judgment on Zeke. But one thing I think I can say is that he needs the treatment Dez got, and he needs a better group of friends/influences.

Yep, he has to hang out with smarter people and he needs a bad arse security guy to keep him on the straight and narrow, boy likes to party, we all did it, we just were not superstars in the NFL.

Very simple....whether you make $7/hour or millions a year...you break the law or don't follow your employers rules, pay the price!! Grow up whoever you are and stay away from trouble if possible. Oh, got tired of listening about all the speculation on The Fan this morning/DFW station....some will never get it!!

Several eyewitness that have came foward exonerating Zeke.

People claiming Zeke was there but no near where the punch was thrown.

Police or no police. Arrest or no arrest. Off-field character and his public image has been poor.

He is in control and needs to be made to understand that he will be held accountable for his actions. Same applies for all men. Famous or not. Wealthy or not.

He may be under a microscope, but he's also a Dallas Cowboy. He gets away with stuff, we would go to jail for. Of course no charges were filed. The cops just called Jerry. Its becoming a regular occurrence for these cowboys. They are acting like they have done something.... Of course the 80's and 90's cowboys could teach them a thing or two about partying and football. LOL

Your first three sentences hit the nail on the head.

When I was playing ball at TCU, it almost got to the point that going out on the town, to a bar, club, whatever, was a pain in the ***! We couldn't go anywhere without some drunk idiots trying to start **** with us to try to get a reaction out of us....in our early years, we would react...luckily we never made any headlines...but as we got older, we realized the games those idiots were playing and just chose to "keep it in the garage" as our O-Line coach always suggested we do in the first place.

Zeke should know how to handle himself in public by now. Period.

When you are in the position he is in, you represent the Dallas Cowboys and the NFL at all times.

Very true, just imagine if you guys would have had 7 M a year to play with, Zeke needs to ditch his possee and get him a bad arse security guy, I think that would solve a lot of his problems. GO FROGS

This is true as well, I guess the only way we would really know is if we were in their shoes with all the fame and money, I think most of us would be the Jason Witten type.

Look at the penalties, look at the coaching late in close games, look at the games lost to suspension. Dumb football team.
