Libs are scared to death that their globalist backers are going to start calling in their favors. Libs can't except defeat and have no understanding of fair politics. We had to live for eight years knowing every day that there was nothing that we could do but wait obummer out. That's what we did. I don't remember any gop backed rallies/riots or any gop protests. We got up every day and went to work. When the time came to make a change we did. We voted and a silent majority was heard. I'm loving it. Not because the libs are in panic but because the people of this country stood up for themselves and have not given up. Roll on

What is amazing to me is that more people don't seam to care how much this "big money" influences elections. Yes this one did not turn out in favor of the "big money", but how many do?? Why should companies or mega millionaires have way more influence than an ordinary hard working citizen?? There should be a limit to how much a politician should be allowed to spend on an election.

The Democrats went down to Georgia
They were lookin' for some votes to steal
They were in a bind cause they were way behind
And wanted to keep their free meals

thats all i got

I was hoping for this win just out of principal. The dude had $25mil in his coffer and the majority of it came from out of state. I guess money cannot actually buy anything.

I'm not sure why democrats had such high hopes. These districts have been solidly republican for years (gingrich held that georgia seat for a heck of a long time), and the reps that left them to take appointments were chosen in part because the districts were considered easy wins.

Same here! This money game is total BS but was approved a few administrations ago.........so it goes both ways. This time the people of the district truly made the choice, not outside influencer's. Good for them!

and if you care to take a dare
we'll give this money to you
Now you're in a pretty good pickle
but give the Devil his due
we'll spend a mountain of gold for a little control

He said I bet you didnt know it ,
but im a political player too,
Ill bet this hollywood gold
against your soul
they think Im better than you.
dadadadaddadaddaddddaaaa

Well my name is Donald
And Im not afraid to offend.
Ill take that bet,
Your gonna regret.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

The Dem jumped on the stump
and said Ill start this show.
Ice covered his fingertips
as he pandered to the flakes of snow..
He pulled the strings of Washington
and Pelosi made an evil hiss.
They dumped the coffers of soros
and it sounded something like this...

dadadddaaaddadaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Donald said,
your wasting air son
Dont listen to the pundits,
they think you already won.

dadaddaddaddadaaaaa

Well hollywood hung their heads
when they knew they had been beat.
Pelosi lay the budget
on the ground at Donalds feet.
Well Donald said,
In a ccouple of years
you can try again.
He said I told you once,
you little dunce
Well beat your Oss Off!

Daddddaddddadddddddaaaaaaaaaaaaa

It seems like the "big global money" tried to defeat Trump this Fall as well. I think that Trump's message resonated with the average guy or gal who might not have ever voted but got tired of the "elite" telling them what to do and they know best. Also, for someone like me, 43 yo, his message seemed to remind me of President Reagan. Under Reagan the US "wasn't frontin' no games"...hell Iran released the hostages after Carter failed because they knew strong leadership was coming. Same thing this time as well...

It seems the more left the Dems go, the more people come out against them...my .02 cents...

Like you stated, the 2016 election may have been a great awakening, of sorts, for many folks whom had fallen complacent. The left knows only one tactic and that is to ratchet down on their tirelessly failed policies. Quarterback sneak up the middle. Wash, rinse, repeat. That is why we hear Politicians on down calling for "Resistance" and "war". The deafening silence about baseball field shooting tells me it was silently applauded by many of the "Resistance" nimrods. They have nowhere else to go except full-blown Communism. These people against us are not Democrats or liberals. They are Marxists and it must be defended in their eyes. Violence is all they have remaining.
