I went with a ceramic tint a little bit more but it keeps the heat out. I went with whatever was legal. I also did the eye brow on front window.

35% in front driver and passenger window is legal. Any darker and State troopers have been known to enforce that law religiously.
Just depends on whether it's worth it to you to have to peel and reapply every year for inspection. I have 35% on my fronts and 5% everywhere else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

I'm going legal darkness with Llumar Formula1 Pinnacle. Then I'm getting the Llumar A80 on my windshield.
All ceramic. Hopefully it can help keep out the heat. We shall see. |

I just had Llumar ceramic put in my truck a couple of days ago. It is pretty fantastic. My AC feels colder, it doesn't have to work as hard. It was a full 5* colder on Friday night, than it was whenever I was driving home on Thursday. (I keep a thermometer stuck in the vent, no real good reason why, but had it stuck in every truck I've owned in the last 20 years)
5% in the back, and 30% on the front windows. State law has changed since last time I had windows done, it was 35%, now it is 25% https://www.dps.texas.gov/rsd/vi/con...windowTint.htm I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately... Henry David Thoreau |

20 on the front and 5 on the back of my Ram. Then a tint strip across the top of the windshield. I highly recommend the windshield strip.

My step dad has been tinting windows for 25 years. He tints for hpd, and FBI service vehicles. His tint comes with a lifetime warranty and he honors it. I worked with him part time in high school and we did a re tint on a mustang he tinted 25 years ago.

I need to have mine done. It gets hot in my truck. What is the difference in ceramic and regular tint?

I had my sunroof tinted with 35% ceramic tint and honestly I can't feel any difference in it from my driver/passenger windows that are not done in ceramic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
