My wife and I have been going through our photos and seperating them out to divide amongst our kids. We came across an old photo that was color but was in a frame w/glass for many years before we got it. The center area of the photo is faded to be almost black and white condition. I am not familiar with photoshop programs. Can it be scanned and repaired or is it unfixable? It is the only picture my wife has of her grandparents so any advice/help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
