Best way to field dress a hog. Any Tips/Tricks?

If you decide to process a large hog yourself, have someone with you for help... It is a big job much more suited for the pros. As far as what to do in the field.... Do like casper suggested.

I have not gutted a deer or hog in years. Hogs quarter on the ground one side at a time, deer hang up, skin, quarter, but still no gutting.
