I'm only 25 and it's already got me. Too many unprotected gun shots and loud music I guess.

Hit up a ENT specialist! Inner ear problems SUCK. I had viral labyrinthitis few years ago and still get false motion for it. The specialist was the only one able to diagnose and treat me.

              Could be:
Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes spontaneous episodes of vertigo — a sensation of a spinning motion — along with fluctuating hearing loss, ringing in the ear (tinnitus), and sometimes a feeling of fullness or pressure in your ear. In many cases, Meniere's disease affects only one ear.

People in their 40s and 50s are more likely than people in other age groups to develop Meniere's disease, but it can occur in anyone, even children.

Although Meniere's disease is considered a chronic condition, various treatment strategies can help relieve symptoms and minimize the disease's long-term impact on your life.

I've had Tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid. I learned to live with it at a very young age. It does suck when hunting. I can't hear anything coming up on me.

WOW ! I had Vertigo after 3 months lying in bed from back surgery. It hit me while going through physical therapy and took 6 months from a Ear,nose DOC to heal me from that. Wonder if he can help with the ringing ?

I sure can't hear a rattle snake unless it is a big one and it is close

we had a little one in a bucket and I could not hear it when I put my head close. my wife said YOU CANT HEAR THAT?
                              Nope...

so I look at the ground a lot.
