Staub La Cocotte(Dutch Oven)

So my wife reached 20 yrs w/ her company and they give her several gifts to choose from. Most things we had or didn’t care for. She choose this Dutch Oven as we enjoy cooking on our cast iron skillet so much. Now this thing is fancy! Anyone have any experience w/these? Favorite recipes?

That looks really nice. We have a $40 version, and use it for roast, stew, chili, soups, etc.
