          SUPER FINE WORK!!! That pit will out last him and I bet she couldn't buy one that well built and heavy duty anywhere! Great job, you should be proud!

          Once he gets it make sure he cooks you a burger, chicken...some backstrap....SOMETHING!

            I sprayed it with some paint that's supposed to withstand temps to 1200 degrees. 3 good heavy coats. We'll see how it holds up. I told the lady to have her husband wipe the outside down with vegetable oil when he first lights it. That will keep that paint looking like new and really helps prevent the rust. We already seasoned the inside for them when we were burning the FBE off.

            She already has a turkey thawed and will be sending her husband out first thing in the morning Sunday to start smoking it.
