So, I really like to bar-b-q and constantly play around with new recipes. Recently I've started working on extending the space on our back porch, and will soon have plenty of space for a small, simple outdoor kitchen. All I need is the counter space with a few cabinets, a gas grill, smoker pit that I'm building out of 24" pipe, and a sink. So I'm trying to come up with some ideas and would like to see what y'all have come up with. Thanks!

Brick and stone are always the best options for building it up, and a piece of granite if you can find a left over piece somewhere would be the best outdoor counter top. If you have a Habitat Restore near you, you might be able to pick up most if not all you need (including the plumbing parts) on the cheap. Wood accent pieces should be made from cedar if possible. Keep us posted, I'm kicking the idea around too!
