Wyoming to Texas hog hunt

Leaving Laramie

Left town a day early to beat the storm down.
Fed the horses at the ranch we manage then skedaddled. Should hit Muenster by late afternoon Saturday. Gives us an extra day to hunt, ye-haw!

Stopped for supplies then headed to hog "camp". No internet and limited cell service so updates will be spotty. Nice sounder hanging out behind the house. "Ms hampshire" is on the hit list.

We beat the weather down from Laramie, had to leave town a day early but it worked out great. Sunday evening first hog down. Nice 170 lb dressed boar. No stink and he's hanging in the walkin.

It's been a productive day. Ms Hampshire is down. Two different sounders hit the field behind the house. One group showed up about 2:30. Got back from the cooler and another bigger group was in the field.
