Saw 8 this afternoon, 4 does, a nubbin buck, 2 spikes and 1 shooter.....the shooter buck stayed to my left and didn't come in my lane. Had a cold front blow in and the wind went from NE to NW.....had to evacuate my stand and go hunt off the ground on the opposite side of the road. It was fine and they never saw me, but sitting on your knees for 3 hours ain't as easy as it used to be.

Marty saw 5-6 and shot over the back of a doe.....he "claims" it was a wind gust.....yeah ok!!!

Bucks are starting to chase does...you can smell it in the air and their hocks are black.
