Ideas on a hunting watch

Anyone have a rec on a good hunting watch and are they worth it? I don;t mind spending money for something good. I think it would be cool to have a good watch that tells you lots of information but with smart phones a watch may not be worth it. Thanks

I am running a Suunto traverse alpha...you can find them for around $300...I am still learning all the details but it is a great with and a good backup to a phone for GPS and navigation.

I use an Apple Watch. Works great! Has weather, compass, gps, and can use most of the apps on your phone.

I've been looking at the Suunto Traverse Alpha but a good buddy just grabbed that Garmin watch. Both have great features.

Currently when I go to the woods I put on a $13 Cascio watch

Same here. I hunt a lot in areas with no service, so my phone is basically useless other than onX and the downloaded maps.
