Shrimp etouffee over a steak that is sitting in a bed of Dirty rice isn't too bad. And if I grill it no sauce, dont order steaks in a restaurant due to being disappointed when I get it.

Well dang man, you should hit the Ranch Hand on Friday or Saturday nights and have theirs!! I've had steaks in some fancy restaurants all over the world, but it's hard to beat their ribeye special!

I must be a real real real Texan and the manliest of all men, I just go out to the pasture with a fork and knife and take it while it's still mooing. Body temp for any steak is the best.
