Glenn, I will bet you that those shafts are nock tapered. Bob got them for you and can tell you for sure. The nock taper and the point taper are different so it does make a difference.

They are cedar. I had ordered 60 65 and this is what came. I sure could not shoot them so I thought about superman, maybe he can shoot em.

Sounds like some tight grain that's a lot of arrow packed in that diameter
