This post here is more about technique than the marinade, although this marinade is simple and good, but it's about using a trifold butterfly method to get as close to a beef flank steak as you can get with venison.

Thanks for the review! We were supposed to have them for supper tonight, but it was the first day of two-a-days and we're kid-free this week so we went out for Italian. I'm happy to say Coach said my lasagna is better than what he had tonight. [emoji5] And now we can look forward to these fajitas tomorrow night.
