Friend gave me a 24' extension ladder several years ago and I took one half and built 2 12' ladder stands. They have been out in the weather long enough that it was time to replace the plywood platforms. So, took it down, hauled it home, and spent about 45 minutes disassembling it due to rusted hardware. Off to the Big Boy Toy Store (HD) tomorrow to get new plywood, hardware, primer and paint. Should have it back on-site by Wednesday hopefully. I'll post some pics once I get it reassembled---
