First deer with the crossbow...

Got to go on a free cull buck hunt in Burnet and killed my first deer with the crossbow. A little 3 point taken with a TenPoint Titan Extreme with Grim Reaper broadheads, 20 yards out. Plugged out both lungs and the heart.

I was surprised by the damage that grim reaper caused. I knew my bolt hit exactly where I was aiming, but when I left my tree stand to find the deer there was absolutely no blood on the ground until about 10 feet from where he lay. Fortunately he only made it 20 yards from the point of impact.[emoji6]
