    Red Fish

    On the half shell. Man this was some kind of good last night.

    Pecan wood smoked with homemade pico and pepper jack cheese, then paired with fried scallop squash and vine ripe tomatoes.

            That redfish on the half shell is some fine grub for sure. Then you go and pair it with those tasty veggies. You Sir, just won the internet for today!

              I gave them about 15 minutes of smoke, the ran the temp up to 400 and finished them off.
