Haha, I just made some imposter box Tony Chachere gumbo. Added shrimp, sausage, more rice, and more Tony’s seasoning. The rice soaked up most of the juice. I like it thick like this anyway.
Quick, easy, and good. Made it in the pressure cooker. 25 mins, and I was eating [emoji1303]
