Default Value of cabins

Question for the green screen. I have two finished out cedar cabins on our ranch. What would you give around about price as is just on cabins. Roughly 500 sq ft each.

Don’t have a clue, but for fun, I’m going to say $30K - $40K range. That’s around $70/sqft

What would I give..... $5000 each. What are they worth..... Ballpark $15k-$20k each. Got to figure in moving cost on top of that.

Be a great addition to any property and rent out as wknd retreats.

Man, looks nice on inside, but I would think value would be closer to 12-15K. Some of the value depends on width, construction and cost to move.

They would! Tiny homes around here are crazy expensive! Someone would pay $40k and put their family of 5 inside.

Selling the place and figuring value? Great looking cabins.

Building one very similar now connected to my barn as a man cave and then another at the property. Really like the layout!

The cabins are staying with the 475 acres. Just trying to figure what ballpark price on each

$55,000 would be my estimate. They are worth at least $100 sq ft for that finish out

Don’t list the cabins as different value !!
Just raise price per acre to justify their value
You don’t want to deal with sellers disclosure or any other hassles involved in habitations on the property
Works much better this way
Too much paper and BS to sell housing on properties

I bought a 12x24 Tuff Shed and had it built on my property. Paid around 6-7k for it. Dang near spent 5-6k on finishing it out I’d value mine at 13-14k. Yours...20k. I valued mine at 20k for insurance reasons due to my labor.

Bump up the price per acre as someone said.

That was the idea. Just so I could adjust price per acre accordingly
