Good deer processors??

I like trying new places.. looking for good feedback on good processors. Would like to stay within 3 hours from Houston. We like doing Jalepeno with cheese link suasage. Places I’ve already used recently:
Allen’s
Jackson’s
J Rod’s
Smitty’s
Junior’s (highlands)

I live inMont Belvieu but hunt by Centerville so I could go anywhere in between.

Harringtons in Winnie is my vote for sausage. Ive had them make it for me in the past. They also processed 2 Nilgai for us and did an excellent job.

H&S in Conroe. Great Jalepeno and cheese but the pepper jack is legit. You will get you animal back too. Jerry and Cheryl are the owners and do a bang up job. Not the cheapest but worth it. I have used them for 20 years.

I've always thought Kleins in Boerne was outstanding. My dads neighbor is a health inspector and he told him you could eat off the floor at that place. Very well run.
