Is TMAG gonna start a new thread every time one gets sidetracked?

"OSHA he is. That the way he be".

Not OSHA related but MSHA (mine safety).....I have 2 guys working at my sand pit, I am required to have a stretcher in case one gets injured........if one gets injured and needs to be carried on a stretcher, that only leaves one to carry the stretcher......how the HECK does that work?????

Man, you wouldn't make a good gubment man. There's no room for logic where MSHA is involved !

                              Preach.

We got an S&S once before for a foreman walking up to a dock fender to instruct the hands where we were removing the Tybar bumpers and not having his work vest buckled. Never mind he was a good five feet from the edge of the dock and that there was only about 12" of clearance for him to fall through between the end of the dock and the fender.
