Just wanted to share my best 8 point with a bow to date. I hunted lots and lots of hours for a bigger deer just to see him break off half his rack through season. This was a tough year mentally of passing on lots of animals but when this guy last week presented me an opportunity I went ahead and tagged out. Showed up way early and I shot him 9 minutes into legal. Double lung and he ran 30 yards. He had 19.5 inch inside spread and 12 inch 2s. This old guy was on the decline and am very pleased to get another mature whitetail.
