          Dang it Michael Ive been trying to resist the meat canning but I dont know how I will be able to when you keep posing meals like that!

                Bringing this one back up. For those that have tried canning meat would adding garlic, onion, and jalopenos while canning add noticeable flavor? Seems like some people say they couldn’t really taste the difference, but for recipes like this one it seems like it would be the way to go.

                      I’ve added a clove of garlic to mine and it enhances the flavor. I like to keep it pretty simple to leave options open when it comes time to cook with it. I haven’t canned any with CG seasoning for much the same reason.
