I’m joining the lease hunt club like everyone else.

Looking for anything within 4-5 hours of alvin area.

Prefer south Texas or hill country but will look into others.

For 1-6 guys depending what’s available.

I know of a possible lease in Doss, TX. It is my buddy's place. Around 250 acres or so. I will be there hunting this weekend and will talk to him and his dad and see what they are wanting to lease it for. There were no hunters this year, so it has not had any pressure lately, except for the doe kill that we anticipate this weekend.

I will find out and let you know. What kind of commission are we talking about?

Anywhere from 1-3 k per member. I guess the finders fee will be based on size of lease and conditions.
