Found dog in Kimble Co

So this sweet male dog followed a hunter back yesterday to our camp. The guy he followed happens to be a veterinarian and said he is likely around 1 year old, intact male that might be a lacy Great Dane cross. Not sure about that of course. He was found near Cleo off of 2291. I know it’s a long shot but if it’s your dog or someone that you knows please let me know. No collar will be checked for a chip Wednesday. He is currently at my house in Helotes.

Sorry he will be checked Wednesday for the chip. He’s really sweet but apparently does not like fireworks or loud noises as some idiots are already firing off rockets & he ain’t happy.

Do you have dogs? Curious if he gets along with others of his own kind obviously?

The fireworks thing sucks, I have a lacy that hates fireworks so the next week is going to suck. I generally put mine in the garage and play the radio really loud for him.

Pedernal - He is very good with other animals. I have a lacy as well & she isn’t a very good host as she is constantly growling at him.

He’s at the vet clinic now getting checked out & scanned to see if he is chipped.

Well we have exhausted all means as far as finding his owners to no avail. So he is now up for adoption if anyone is looking for a new companion! He has warmed up quite a bit and really a sweet dog so if you or someone you know is interested, please let me know!
