You would not want to come over today. Wife is having stomach problems so we've been eating bland food.

To night I got something that was like tuna casserole but no tuna. Not that tuna would have made it better.

Best I ever had, on the half shell, season with Tony's, slather with ranch dressing, coat with dried onions, grill over open fire, delish !

Melt some butter and use a brush to paint onto fillet. Dusty (not sprinkle) Tony chachere season over the entire fillet. Put the redfish on the grill.

Get some new potatoes and boil. Add in Zatarain's concentrated shrimp and crab boil to taste.
                Hopedale

Post a picture of the Tony’s and Zatarains in the trash can, and I’ll send you some Ragin Blaze, Elite Seafood Boil - extra spicy, chili, and fajita mix for free

I slather mine in mayo and add some lemon pepper seasoning and grill. Good stuff

is it legal to sell redfish? I have never seen it at the store, only restaurants so I guess it’s not legal?
