My daughter has been shooting a bow pretty much since she was around 5 years old off and on. She started off with a small longbow that was gifted to her. From TBH. She soon moved on to a compound but didn't like it being right-handed and being left eye dominant. She hated the fact that she had to wear the eye patch. So after which I know had to have been least 10 months of not shooting. I asked her did she want to start shooting the 28 lb recurve I have. She said yes so after a while of her shooting it with a tab and only two arrows hanging from an old uniform of mine as a quiver . I went ahead and got it decked out for her today. She was pretty excited to have it actually looking nice.

Her about 3 yrs ago and just a couple weeks ago shooting.

This is one is easy to raise plays every sport extremely well. She scored in the top 5% in the state on the STAR test in math and reading.

She killed this rabbit with a .22 Lr. But she said she didn't feel right. So we are taking baby steps.

My daughget had a lot of fun with archery when little. She never wanted to kill an animal though. She will eat the ones I get but isn t a life taker herself.
