    Baby back ribs

I season them with Fiesta's rib rub, with some cayenne pepper rub it in good, thenI cook them on a side box bbq grill. Start 1 hour bone side down then 1 hour bone side up. Wrap em in foil for a hour. Then I baste them with a mixture of honey and brown suger bbq sauce I use Kraft but not sure that it matters. Baste them on both sides then wrap them back up and cook them for a hour to 2 till they are done. You can tell they are done when they start to shrink back from the end of the bone. I cook them keeping temperature range from 230 to 275.

    Lige,

First of all shame on you for not posting pics so we can drool over what sounds to be a good solid recipe for ribs...... Just kidding... Thanks for sharing.

Very nice. We do the same thing. Usually start them on the smoker and then go hunt....come back after the hunt and dinner is Ready! Eating camp BBQ is almost as much fun as the hunting.....almost!
