    Any electricians?

    Found some stuff cleaning out boxes in my garage. No idea where these came from but they were in a box with my boat electronics wiring stuff. Trying to figure out what I have here. I did some research and I know what some of the markings are. They are 10” long and have flat female connector. There are 200 per bundle 1000 total if that matters somehow.

    Markings are;

    Carlisle - appears to be the manufacturer

    AWM - Appliance Wiring Material

    2000 - no clue?

    PTFE - insulating coating for gas, oil and other chemicals

    VW-1 - fire resistant rating

    Looks like a bunch of pigtails with a female spade lug on the end.

      This^^^^^

      Things like that can be used to wire up a switch bank on a boat or what ever. For example there will be a buss bar where the positive side of the battery is attached, you would push the spade end on to each of the switches and connect the other end to the buss bar. Now all of the switches are ready to be hooked up to what ever you may be powering, lights, horn, depth finder, power pole....you get the idea. Sometimes it will be wired this way. Buss bar to switch, out of the switch to a fuse block, from the fuse block to the device.

      Hope that helps.
