Using home made :
underwater LED lighting, (really cuts down on bugs)
pivoting spotlight pole, (up/down, twists around)
easy launch wheels,
snake grabber,
converted gas motor to use twist throttle instead of cowling lever

Latest mods not shown :
green LED string lighting around boat outside outline
green LED underwater lighting

Finding we use the pelican more now than 16ft flat bottom.

NOTE: for the snake police, this guy in picture was fanged. Before he lost his head anyway. Love the snake grabber to ensure you have control of things!
