No problem! I recommend building as close to the pond as possible. We did the frame, carried it to the bank, then attached the barrels before flipping it to do the deck boards.

That shooting table isn't going anywhere. A cat 6 hurricane wouldn't budge that sucker.

I need to build a dock like this. How did you attach the barrels?

I used eye screws and dock like. 1 eye bolt at each corner of the barrel, then crisscrossed the barrel. The back of the barrel is against the frame and at the front of the barrel I put a 2x4 on end.

I used 1” pipe, pounded it in with a sledgehammer, then attached 1 1/4” pipe strap brackets to the ramp so it can move up and down as the water level changes
