    Polaris Ranger roof

Quick question.... I'm mounting a new aluminum roof from Big Country Outdoors today and there isn't any pre-drilled holes. You basically set it where you like, drill and bolt. It has potential to hang over on front and back or more in front. I don't want it hanging off back much do to high rack in future. Any thoughts suggestions? My current plan is to mount far forward so that it doesn't get in way of leg room on high rack and sorta blocks windshield. Thanks in advance.

I would mount it as far forward as you can. It will really help keep rain off of you when your moving forward and your roof is slanted back from your dash so there's a good chance of you knees and lap getting wet when going forward in the rain. Can't really think of a good reason to mount it farther back unless you're planning to drive backward a lot.
