    KB Ranch Breakfast Burritos

Yea I guess you could buy these but I thought I would share. Coming in from the morning hunt and want something fast fast.

    Ingredients:
1 Bag frozen/fresh Hash Browns, prepared according to package directions
    1 pound Venison/Port sausage
1 can (8 ounces) Regular Rotel
    Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups (one bag) shredded Mexican-style cheese blend.
    10 large eggs
    2 cups milk
    8 Fajitas Tortillas

    Preparation:
    1. Cook Hash Brown as directed in a Large Skillet.
    2. Brown sausage in a separate medium skillet, breaking up the sausage as it cooks. Add the Rotel and mix completely.
    3. Sprinkle the sausage mixture evenly over the Hash Browns. Add the cheese and mix.
    4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Combine all to Hash Brown/Sausage mix.
    5. Cook until fluffy.
    6. Build Burritos and wrap in foil.
    7. Freeze and take to Deer Camp.
    8. Unwrap and Heat. Enjoy

Do they actually freeze well? I was just thinking this morning about making breakfast burritos to freeze but didn’t know if they would freeze well.

I make about 10 of these and freeze. Just place in the fridge over night and nuke for a minute and a half each
