Where did the knife come into this equation??' Who made it,nice looking.

It was just one of the close up pics that I had of the detail of table top.

Awesome job! I like the distressed look!

It looks like he let a grinding wheel bounce around on it from the looks of the marks and beat it with a chain binder.

I never realized that you literally distress the wood yourself...beat it with a chain and walked on the wood in gravel...sounds like a torture chamber!

Spot on! Chain binder to beat it. Also used a hammer, then hammered on some screws that were laid sideways. Grinding wheel did the lines.
