hunting Granger PHL near Austin

So I am fairly new to Texas and all the different licences. I would like to try my luck on a hog at Granger PHL. It says it's a post card selection hunt? where do I apply / buy that? I see some e-post card hunts but I don't see Granger there. I live in the north part of Austin and this spot seems pretty close if I can figure out how to buy a permit to hunt there.

Get your annual public land with your annual license. Wear hunter Orange. Bow only for hogs. No hunting at night. Baiting allowed.

The E-post card is for whitetail.

There is a thread on here with tons of Information on Granger.

On Site Registration. There will be sign in 'kiosk' around. Your public lands book will have those marked.
