anyone have a good one? how long to smoke and at what temp? thanks

Hopefully the guy that was at the crappie get together last year chimes in. He made the best I have ever had.

Gave the recipe to Waterdog, he will be posting it up for all.

Any recipe with Old Bay, capers, or crackers in it, is not an authentic old Florida smoked fish dip recipe. I can assure you of that, and most don't use any celery either, it isn't tuna salad. lol
