    Another plant ID thread!

These plants are growing on the banks of the Colorado river after the 30 or 40ft rise this summer. We've never seen them on our place. They are about 4 ft tall. Lots of seeds per plant.

When you open one of them fruits, are there two (maybe three) pinto bean looking seeds/beans inside?
I don't know the name but if I'm right, they will grow to be very large trees. not sure if animals will eat those fruits!!!

They came from north of us. We are in southwestern Mills county just above BrandonA's place.

Sweet gum tree if I ever saw one (which I have). I think it is related to a maple

Looks close. I'm a dummy, are they a weed or a tree?

If it's caster bean it will keep gophers out the yard but it's poisonous to animals and people.

I would love to have some seads from your plant.
                              They make a beautifully plant.
