anyone try a coffee rub brisket ? video

This is an awesome video, thanks so much for posting. i had a business aquantanice that was a chef and used coffee to create a rub for venison, but I tried it and it didnt work because i didnt grind it fine enough or combine other ingredients. i cant wait to try this.

We use a coffe based rub all the time. Wife loves it and she hates coffee. Tastes great and makes the meat a nice dark color when cooked

update! try it today!. its good real good. this will be great on a deer roast. are a small hog ham
