everyone does dove wrapped with bacon and stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese but instead put a piece of mango in there and wrap it with bacon it is delicious

I tasted some that was de-boned, lightly breaded and deep fried. That was probably the best dove I have eaten. I think it was marinated in soy sauce.

Two Doves

I did something real similar last night.. Duke and I only got two, so on the way home, I was thinking what do i have at home that I can have with two doves. I came up with fresh sweet onion, fresh green bell peppers out of my garden and three fresh guinea eggs from my birds.
Put a little tony's on the birds, a little flour, put a dash of olive oil in large skillet, fried the two filleted birds, along with the giblets, added thinly sliced onion, peppers and then cracked me three fresh eggs.. good eats for my dinner..
