    green chicirurri sauce??.

I know the spelling is WaY bad but I don't remember exactly what the name was. I believe it was a sauce that Cajun Blake posted. It's consisted of red wine vinegar, parsley, cilantro and some other stuff. The stuff was awesome. So , if you can help me find the recipe that would be awesome!!!

    Thanks
    Chris

1 cup lightly packed chopped parsley (ideally, flat leaf "Italian" parsley)
        1/4 cup cilantro
        3 cloves garlic, minced
        1 teaspoon salt
        1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
        1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves (optional)
2 tablespoons shallot or onion, minced
3/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar, or red wine vinegar
        3 tablespoons lemon juice

        puree
        this should be pretty close

This is my take on it with Milanesa. It's really good, but you have to watch the garlic. Fresh garlic can be REALLY spicy!
