    Full Size Bunkbeds

Here is my latest project, stole the idea from Pottery Barn. It was a job let me tell you. 500 pounds of solid maple at 1.40 a pound. I built them from scratch for a friend, this was no kit.
It was hard keeping the blood sweat and tears off of them. Click image for larger version

Bowrian - You have some mad skills. The Bunkbed looks great. Pretty pricy on the material though.

They are proud of the maple this days, could have built two out of oak for that price.

I've seen the ones with a full size on bottom and a twin on top, but this is great!!!!!!!!!

Man, what an awesome job! Even with the high cost of the material, you still saved a boat-load when compared to Pottery Barn's prices and you have the satisfaction of knowing you built it yourself!

                        Again, impressive job!!!!
