Aluminum Scooter Tower Boat Build

Can't wait to see the progress.....

Rebuilt one very similar a few years ago but removed the tower and went with a grab bar with tiller drive. Extremely fun little sled just didn't have the time to two boats and sold it.

I almost went that same route then decided to try the tower idea out.

Planed on running a 50hp but ended up with a 70hp on it.

I knew I was gonna love this before I opened it....then you really started speakin my language!

God that brand new aluminum is sexy!

I have a Lincoln Square Wave Tig 200. It’s an inverter machine. Wished I would have had a nice mig setup though for the long runs.

Nuttin like a good spool gun setup and a huge bottle of argon for long joints

It happens....lol.

Wish I hadn't sold it and my son still reminds me. Scooters have a purpose and are a blast. Would literally run in 2" of hard bottom water without skipping a beat. Had a 3" tunnel and would cavitate even with scoops going with any chop though. Gave the guy who bought it the prop lower to change out when needed.

Now please post some more updates!

Now on to the tower! Got the legs crowned up, step back and take a look at, the old eyeball method!
