I've been Cerakoting guns for a few years and have really spent a lot of time on camo and patterns. Just use cardboard to cut natural shapes that you want to mimic and switch back and forth from light to dark spray cans and back and forth with negative and positive overlays holding the stencils against the stand as you spray. After about 3 layers, the 3D effect begins to appear as the far and light contrasts and overlays begin to form the appearance of shadows and depth.

Just finished my third season with this blind out west. Absolutely love her! May add another coat of paint this spring, but other than that, she is a palace.
5 bucks and a fox already killed from this blind.

Glad to see it's still holding up very nicely. Not that there was any doubt lol

The only issue is the paint. I guess the Terrell Co summer sun is just too much for it. I’m thinking about dumping some cash on about a dozen cans of rubberized undercoating... spray the entire thing then krylon over it. That stuff has held up well for years out there on some of our feeders.

Going to head west this weekend and pick up the blind. Welded some pipe skids for her today. Going to cut the wood tower off and mount her on a sled type base so she’s easier to move around.
