Got a call around 10 am from my brother that ems was at the house doing cpr on my father. He passed at home after years of fighting Parkinson's and dementia. I hate to see him go but I know it's for the best. My mom fought with all she had to keep him home and that is where he died. I don't know if you guys remember the thread but we had one last fishing trip last summer. I will never forget all he taught me. He is the reason that my work ethic is what it is and he is the man that taught me to honor, respect and take care of women. I will never forget those nights out on a fishing pier with my dad, the dove hunts or him taking me to the bow stand when I first got in to archery. I love you dad and I know one day we will fish together again. Please say a prayer for my mother if you get a chance, it will be hardest on her.
