    "Chicken Sizzlers"

This is one of our very favorite deer camp eats as well as at home.
Cast of Characters: Chicken tenders, Onion, Japs, Mozzarella cheese, Bacon.
Take bacon strip cut in half lay it down, place chicken tender across bacon, place pepper, cheese, and onion on top of tender. Fold tender over the veggies and then wrap the bacon around the whole thing stab with tooth picks. Season with Blaze, cavenders, Lea and Perrins, and some Italian dressing drizzled over them.

Next place on heated grill and cook a few minutes on each side and move them up to the high rack. You must keep an eye on these you will get flare ups. I always keep these moving and turning on different side to cook and keep all the cheese from oozing out. Towards the end brush the little bundles of joy with your favorite BBQ Sauce. (we like Rudy's Spicy).
These are also great cooked on a smoker.

Diamond, everything is better deep fried! I wonder if there is any kind of cheese that has a high melting point so it doesn't run out so easy? Either way, I am trying this.

you'd have to batter them up if you want the cheese to stay in
